Looking at IPL , T20RCL of India is a big initiative. As we all know cricket has become a big game played on a large scale , there is no shortage of money and publicity for players. Every player and his family have a big dream of making their children a cricketer in future. but today also not even 20% people knows how to get started and reach higher level of cricket. In view of this BCCI introduced the IPL. Same as IPL , T20RCL is been initiated for welfare of players who want to become a cricketer in their future. Same as IPL, T20RCL will be having 16 teams and selection will be based on practice matches. To be a player of T20RCL player must have age of 14 to 26 yrs , and selection will be based on state matches , T20RCL practice matches and on the performance,except IPL no other league can be as equal as T20RCL.
